RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the order in the original packaging with labels intact within 28 days for a refund. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you paid for your goods with. Unwanted goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Bellissimi reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard delivery

Order may take up to five business days to arrive at destination. There is a cost of £3.85 charged to the customer when making a purchase (except for purchases of £65 or more)

UK Next-Day delivery

Delivery Monday-Friday (not public holiday)
Note: Orders must be placed before specific cut off times (2pm normal days or 11am when business only works half day)

International delivery

  • Items usually reach Europe within 3-5 working days

  • And the rest of the world within 6-7 working days
